    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct and manage day-to-day operations, including supervising staff and providing guidance to ensure goals are met.

    • Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

    • Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.·

    • Partner with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales) to align on business priorities and resolve operational challenges.

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

    • Prepare reports for senior management highlighting key insights, challenges, and operational performance

    Requirements

    Skills and Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of experience in operations management or a related role.

    • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    • Proficient in operations-related software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.

    • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.

    • Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
