    Job Title: Welder 2nd Shift

    Job Description

    This role involves welding and blueprint reading, utilizing both conventional and precision measuring instruments on a daily basis. You will be responsible for process inspection, certification, and documentation of parts, along with finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform various types of weld preparation, MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel.

    + Execute weld finishing operations to manufacture products according to customer drawings and specifications.

    + Engage in robotic welding operations as required.

    + Conduct process inspections, certifications, and documentations of parts.

    + Utilize conventional and precision measuring instruments regularly.

    + Apply finish grinding using manual and power tools.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in MIG welding, with at least 1 year of experience (.035 and .045 MIG).

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Experience with welding on stainless steel and carbon steel.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in robotic welding.

    + Familiarity with weld preparation and finishing operations.

    Work Environment

     

    Join the welding and fabrication team, working on the 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 1am.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chilton, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.64 - $25.64/hr.
