Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist
Job Description
The Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in processing and shipping orders for the Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. This position involves ensuring that orders are accurately processed and shipped to customers with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
+ Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers.
+ Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to maintain inventory accountability.
+ Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into the inventory management system.
+ Operate in a clean and safe work environment, maintaining orderliness and cleanliness in the Fulfillment Center.
+ Uphold quality standards as set by management.
Essential Skills
+ Willing to work flexible shifts.
+ Ability to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
+ Capability to perform tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.
+ Ability to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail, centralized services, or fulfillment center environment.
+ At least 6 months of experience operating motorized material handling equipment.
+ At least 6 months of experience with radio frequency (RF) scanning.
+ At least 6 months of experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory management system.

The work environment is climate-controlled and clean, offering a comfortable setting. Candidates can wear casual attire including jeans, khakis, scrubs, and sneakers. Shifts are available both in AM and PM slots across various days. This is a Contract position based out of Mechanicsville, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
