    Job Title: Picker - 2nd Shift

    Job Description

    This position operates in a warehouse and cooler environment set at 34 degrees. The employee will utilize warehouse equipment such as RF scanners and will be involved in picking and packing orders.

    Responsibilities

    + Pick orders using RF scanners or paper tickets.

    + Pack orders to prepare them for shipment.

    + Pick cases of flowers in the box pick cooler with provided equipment training.

    + Handle materials by stacking boxes, shrink wrapping, and staging pallets.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in packing, picking, and using pallet jacks is preferred

    + Ability to work in cold storage, with skills in picking and packaging.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

    + Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment at 36 degrees for the duration of the shift.

    + Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

    + Friendly attitude and ability to adapt to change positively.

    + Warehouse and equipment experience is a plus, but not necessary.

    Pay & Shift

    + 2nd shift: Sunday to Thursday, Noon - Finish on Sunday and 2pm - Finish on Monday to Thursday

    + Pay: $16 an hour

    + **$$ Paid weekly $$**

    + Contract position with the potential to go permanent with the company with benefits offered

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
