    Job Title: Wax Specialist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated wax specialist to oversee the operations within our wax department. This role involves ensuring the integrity and efficiency of wax processes, from the inspection of tanks to the management of tooling and raw materials.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct daily inspections of wax tanks to ensure they are consistently full, preventing air exposure in molds during the injection process.

    + Perform daily audits of x-ray and ultrasonic testing on finished products to maintain quality standards.

    + Demonstrate a keen attention to detail by following processes specifically and repetitively.

    + Double-check that all setups are correctly implemented on injection and CNC machinery.

    + Oversee and manage tooling specifications as well as the importation of raw materials.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in injection molding and wax injection processes.

    + Familiarity with ultrasonic and x-ray testing procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Background in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is preferred.

    + Experience with injection mold processes is advantageous.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Tampa, Florida.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
