Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative who can effectively manage interactions with pilots and clients concerning their jets, and oversee the overall maintenance of the aircraft. The ideal candidate will guide clients through timelines, coordinate with customers and technicians regarding progress on planes, and manage work orders and billing processes.
Responsibilities
+ Handle communications with pilots and clients regarding jet maintenance and timelines.
+ Coordinate with technicians in the shop on the progress of planes.
+ Manage work orders and billing processes with customers.
+ Support supervisors and clients in various administrative and clerical tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.
+ Experience with order entry and Microsoft Excel.
+ Knowledge of Corridor software and aviation lingo and abbreviations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with vendor management and EBIS.
+ Ability to assist with client purchase orders and evaluate hangar workload.
Work Environment
The role is based in an aircraft corporate service center, specifically within a hangar setting. Work hours are from 8am to 4:30pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
