    Job Description Summary: Provides advanced administrative support, guidance, and training to the CGD Administrative team in coordination with the Chief Scientist for the DOE/CATALYST awards. This position is an integral part of the DOE Awards Administration team and operates on an as-needed basis, requiring no more than two hours per week.

    What You Will Do

     

    Here is a brief summary of what one would expect to be generally responsible for in this role.

     

    Support of the DOE/UCAR Cooperative Agreement

     

    + Works with CGD administrative staff to support the CATALYST team to collect, organize and compile metrics and milestones as required by DOE

    + Provides guidance for uploading publication/highlight metrics to the DOE/BER Climate and Earth System Modeling website as required by DOE

    + Provides guidance for uploading all accepted manuscript metrics to DOE Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI) website as required by DOE

    + Provides guidance to the CGD administrative team in organizing and preparing a variety of progress reports and final reports

    + High school degree or equivalent

    + A minimum of four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of coursework and experience

    + Experience with DOE Project Reporting
