**WHAT YOU WILL DO** :
As an AED Program Specialist on the AED Administration team, you will support and manage all aspects of assigned customer’s AED programs including program overviews, AED setups, LIFELINKcentral support for PRO License, LE+ and distribution Basic customers. You will provide assistance with AED program management and will build relationships with our distribution partners and customers.
+ Execute the implementation of PRO License services utilizing the LIFELINKcentral and LIFENET Portal websites per the implementation guidelines.
+ Plan and manage individual projects of uploading distributor or PRO License customer data to LIFELINKcentral.
+ AED device transfers and imports as requested.
+ Schedule and perform overview calls to new distributor contacts.
+ Assist end users, troubleshoot AED readiness and connectivity.
+ Coordinate with Sales, Service, and distribution partners to ensure all appropriate tasks have been planned and executed.
+ Proactive management of expiring supplies for PRO License customers with the Supply Replenishment feature included.
+ Assist in the management of the LE+ service offering (pending approval).
WHAT YOU NEED:
Required
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or 4 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
+ 2+ years’ experience in customer service.
+ Experience working with distributors or managing distributor relationships.
Preferred
+ Experience in account management.
