Job Description

Cintas is hiring immediately for a Retail Cashier Key Holder. This pivotal role provides excellent customer service and ensures the store operations run efficiently and smoothly during your shift. This position includes opening and closing the store, managing cash registers, and overseeing daily sales activities. You'll be supporting the team by answering questions, resolving customer issues, and ensuring that all transactions are handled correctly. Additionally, you will maintain store standards by overseeing product displays, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Assists customers with locating product, retrieving orders and purchasing product.

+ Provides assistance with sizing and/or program information to customers placing orders for garments.

+ Focuses on accurate data entry when processing customer order to reduce inventory control errors.

+ Maintains high levels of customer service and a culture of inventory shortage control, including surfacing potential high theft categories to leaders and by securing high theft items.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

+ Previous customer service experience

Preferred:

+ Previous retail experience preferred.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $16.50 - $20.90/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
