• We're Hiring: Human Resources Coordinator | Remote | $25/hr | Temp-to-Hire
Join a forward-thinking organization with over 1,300 employees where innovation, ownership, and resourcefulness are valued. We're seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-state environment and is ready to take full ownership of key HR functions.
• What You'll Own:
+ Workers’ Compensation (Full Lifecycle)
+ Manage 1–4 claims/week, including intake, documentation, follow-up, and litigation communication. Claims often come in after hours—your proactive approach is key.
+ 401(k) Oversight (Principal)
+ Ensure seamless integration with our HRIS (Rippling), monitor eligibility, and maintain data accuracy. Auto-enrollment and notification-based updates require sharp attention to detail.
+ Employee Relations
+ Be the go-to resource for employee inquiries via calls and emails. Conduct initial investigations and resolve issues independently—don’t just ask for help, find the answer.
• Multi-State Experience Preferred: TX, WA, NY — training provided, but adaptability is essential.
• What We're Looking For:
+ A self-learner who takes initiative and thrives with minimal direction.
+ Strong communicator with 3–5 years of HR experience, including Workers’ Comp, 401(k), and employee relations.
+ Comfortable navigating Rippling HRIS, Microsoft Office, and compliance tools.
+ High school diploma required.
• Work Details:
+ Fully Remote – We ship equipment to 38 states (EST/CST preferred).
+ Flexible Hours – Standard schedule is 9am–5pm EST.
+ Temp-to-Hire – Opportunity to grow with us long-term.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
