Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist to assist with Master Data and Internal Control initiatives related to ERP integration projects. In this role, you will support data migration efforts between multiple systems and master databases. This role involves data collection, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
Master Data Project
1. Collect data needed from Intacct program
2. Upload files with correct naming convention into SharePoint file
3. Make appropriate memos in excel file to note documents are uploaded
4. Attend meetings to provide status of project
Internal Control Project
1. Collect data needed from Intacct program
2. Request statements from vendors
3. Research overdue balances
4. Upload documents to SharePoint for support of write offs
Skills
Data entry, excel data entry, sharepoint
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in high volume data entry or systems migration
• Experience with accounting software (Intacct familiarity is a plus)
• Proficient in Excel and SharePoint
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
