    Job Title: Talent Acquisition CoordinatorJob Description

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our high-volume hiring and onboarding efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding process for new hires across multiple shifts and locations.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and logistics for high-volume hiring.

    + Assist recruiters and hiring managers with job postings, resume screening, and candidate tracking.

    + Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

    + Prepare and send offer letters, rejection notices, and onboarding documentation.

    + Lead onboarding activities including new hire orientation, paperwork collection, and compliance checks.

    + Ensure all pre-employment requirements ( background checks, drug screens, etc.) are completed on time.

    + Track onboarding milestones and follow up with candidates and internal teams to resolve delays.

    + Partner with HR, operations, and safety teams to align onboarding with plant schedules and compliance standards.

    + Educate internal stakeholders on the talent acquisition process and their roles in onboarding.

    + Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.

    + Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and onboarding completion rates.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations (FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).

    + Assist with audits and documentation for internal and external reviews.

    Essential Skills

    + 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG).

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous HR/TA onboarding experience.

    + Experience in HRIS.

    + Associates or Bachelors in HR or business preferred.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume work atmosphere.

    + Bilingual (Spanish or Haitian-Creole) preferred for diverse workforce support.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This position requires 100% in-office work from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

    This is a fully onsite position in La Vergne,TN.
