We are seeking a Data Solutions Consultant to empower clients in unlocking the value of their data through effective alignment of business needs with technical capabilities. This role combines business analysis, data exploration, and solution design to facilitate AI-enhanced solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their workflows and CRM usages (e.g., Salesforce), validate their data, and develop clear specifications for data engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include documenting workflows, simplifying technical processes for non-technical audiences, and ensuring that the solutions align with client objectives. Post-implementation, you will continue to support client adoption and identify opportunities for enhancing data solutions. This position is ideal for someone who excels at merging business consulting with data problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to assess workflows, CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva), and backend data systems.
+ Develop and execute SQL queries and BI reports to explore, validate, and reconcile client data.
+ Design and document data mapping between client objects and internal data models, defining transformation and normalization logic.
+ Translate client business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for engineering teams.
+ Review and validate code outputs and workflow logic to ensure alignment with design requirements and data accuracy.
+ Produce technical and client-facing documentation explaining data flow, logic, and solution design.
+ Provide quality assurance (QA/QC) oversight for data transformations, ensuring completeness, integrity, and reliability.
+ Partner with Account Management and Engineering on post-implementation success, addressing issues and identifying enhancement opportunities.
+ Support pre-sales and solution scoping activities by analyzing client data readiness and integration feasibility.
Requirements
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
+ 4–7 years in data integration, analytics, or client-facing roles.
+ Experience translating healthcare or CRM workflows into technical requirements and supporting pre-sales and post-implementation for data products.
+ Industry experience includes:
+ Pharmaceutical patient support programs
+ Nurse/case management programs (adherence, reimbursement)
+ Medication Therapy Management (MTM) programs
+ Hub services for patient access and engagement
+ Specialty pharmacies or copay data flows
+ Clinical trial support and patient recruitment using CRM.
Technical Expertise
+ Advanced SQL proficiency for data exploration and transformation.
+ Familiarity with data warehouse environments (Snowflake, MS SQL).
+ Understanding of data modeling, normalization, and CRM ecosystems (Salesforce, Veeva, HubSpot).
+ Experience documenting transformation logic and integration workflows.
+ Bonus: Knowledge of Python, API data structures (JSON/XML), and AI/ML feature engineering.
Consultative & Communication Skills
+ Ability to lead client discovery sessions and map business objectives to data capabilities.
+ Strong communication skills for bridging business and technical teams.
+ Experience creating clear documentation for clients and engineers.
+ Comfortable presenting solutions and collaborating with various teams.

+ Understanding of data quality and lineage in healthcare ecosystems.
+ Experience in data validation and reconciliation.
