    Essential Job Functions

    * Check all loads for side guide marks and quality flagging by printers

    * Check all pallets for functionality, replace any that are worn or broken

    * Check for offset ink at the bottom of loads

    * Ensure load quality for cutting feed

    * Assist cutting operators at make ready with the use of corrugated pads for final (trip sheet) loads

    * Waste supervisory function: Make sure that the only waste in the aerator re-pile areas are aerator waste and damaged trip sheets from cutters.

    * Communicate with Shift Lead, Process Engineer or Dept. Manager when waste processes are not being followed.

    * Whenever necessary, aerator will assist other departments as requested to flip loads, insert or remove pallets, or just straighten loads

    * Follow end of shift sweep sheet instructions and maintain the master sanitation document

    What you need to succeed:

    * GED/High School diploma required

    * Ability to read materials to understand and apply content, such as instruction manuals, procedure manuals or assembly manuals
