As a **Senior Business Applications Specialist** focused on Marketing, you will design and build innovative application solutions using low-code/no-code platforms, integrating advanced technologies—including artificial intelligence—to delight our clients, enhance marketing outputs and drive business impact. This first of its kind opportunity will allow you to design innovative solutions at the forefront of the Agentic low code / no code industry.

Responsibilities
+ Engages with Marketing stakeholders to gather an understanding of business objectives and translates those into program requirements and technical specifications. Ensures business requirements are detailed, measurable, and aligned with short-term deliverables.
+ Collaborates with Marketing stakeholders to identify and address immediate gaps with low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Power Platforms). Iterates on application prototypes and proactively makes adjustments to workflows, interfaces, functionalities, and prototypes based on comprehensive understanding of user needs and business requirements. Tests updated prototypes with users and incorporates feedback on expectations and requirements into new iterations.
+ Coordinates the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) agents within production services / marketing workflows by following operational parameters to align automation with business objectives and enhance user interactions. Develops rules that govern production services logic and workflows by leveraging the low-code/no-code solutions' rules management system to ensure the application adapts to complex business processes and regulatory requirements.
+ Partners with engineering teams to design and implement pro-code solutions when business requirements exceed the capabilities of low-code/no-code platforms, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
+ Leads incident reviews and propose automation to prevent future issues and suggests improvements for complex issues.
+ Develops and delivers training sessions and materials on the capabilities of low-code/no-code solutions and system’s features to stakeholders. Oversees the development of user-friendly documentation, resources, and training content on utilizing low-code/no-code solutions.
+ Ensures automated workflows are set up for continuous delivery and monitoring. Monitors application performance metrics continuously by using advanced analytics tools and performance dashboards to identify and resolve complex issues or bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements to optimize.
+ Proactively research emerging trends and innovations in the low-code/no-code solution industry and leverage expertise to propose improvements in internal and external customer experience.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 3+ years’ experience managing AI platforms, tools, or concepts (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI, generative AI, LLMs) and their application in business or technical solutions.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in low-code application development, engineering product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience using low-code/no-code programs (e.g., Dataverse, Power Applications).
+ 2+ years of experience managing and configuring artificial intelligence solutions (e.g., chatbots).
+ 2+ years of experience with programming/coding.
+ Certification with Microsoft platforms (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365) or equivalent.
+ Project management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional, Six Sigma).
Business Applications IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,200~$209,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $124,700 ~ $230,200 per year.
