As a part of this role as a Technical Program Manager you will work with the Entra Edge & Quality Services and Programs team. This role will help our teams tackle some of our most complex problems. You will create and sustain effective partnerships across our business and beyond, running programs that intersect key corporate functions like Finance. Programs you own improve our engineering processes and drive cost efficiencies. You will make it more efficient to operate hyperscale infrastructure running on millions of cloud instances globally. To do this you must be expert in business & program management, stakeholder management and cloud infrastructure and operating mission-critical services.

Responsibilities
+ COGS Management: Oversee the analysis, reporting, and optimization of COGS to ensure financial targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
+ Project Management: Drive strategic programs that improve engineering processes and operational efficiency across hyperscale infrastructure.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, and product management, to align strategies and objectives. Represent the team in executive forums and cross-org collaborations.
+ Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
+ Performance Metrics: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of TPM initiatives.
+ Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance the organization's TPM processes and methodologies.

Qualifications
Required Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ years project or people management experience.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years people management experience.
+ 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Technical Program Management M4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
