    Join the Executive Talent Management & Development Team, where you will focus on driving the talent data strategy for the firm's Senior Executives. You will work across the Human Resources business-aligned teams to drive firm wide talent and succession planning, evolve strategy to meet business needs and evaluate impact with data-driven insights.

     

    As a Vice President in Executive Talent Management, you will have an opportunity to get involved in a variety of experiences to strategize, execute learn and grow in a small team environment. Your data analytics and process management skills will shine in this constantly evolving environment.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Drive the execution of talent management and succession planning processes through use of quantitative and qualitative data and streamlined process management.

    + Prepare materials for senior stakeholder discussions and meetings (Operating Committee, HR Offsites, Board Meetings, Business Reviews), leveraging data visualizations and executive summaries.

    + Serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader within the Executive Talent Management and Development team, championing a culture of continuous improvement and innovative problem solving.

    + Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in data analytics, and talent management, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate, enhance processes, and introduce creative solutions that elevate the team's impact and effectiveness.

    + Analyze, interpret, and synthesize talent data to inform strategy, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights for senior leadership.

    + Lead the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of data and reporting tools, working in close partnership with Product Teams and Workforce Data Analytics teams.

    + Document and maintain project plans, process materials, and data architecture documentation.

    + Convert strategy to implementation, balancing firmwide and business needs while maintaining a strong data-driven approach.

    + Develop and implement data governance policies and control processes to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and regulatory compliance of sensitive talent data, in line with existing guidance and policies and in partnership with Firmwide and HR Controls partners.

    + Maintain control processes and regulatory requirements, as appropriate, with a focus on data policy and governance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    + Bachelor's degree.

    + Minimum of 6 years of advanced data analytics experience, with a strong emphasis on executive-level reporting.

    + Advanced understanding of Workforce data components and structure.

    + Proven experience leading the design of dashboards, MIS tools, or data systems for senior stakeholders.

    + Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and organization skills; able to problem solve and connect the dots across multiple data-driven initiatives.

    + Strong problem-solving and consulting mindset.

    + Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels - both written and verbal, including translating complex data into compelling narratives for executive audiences using PowerPoint.

    + Ability to execute independently in a dynamic global environment across multiple priorities, and pivot as needed managing multiple deadlines.

    + Advanced data analysis skills (quantitative and qualitative), with the ability to identify themes/trends and summarize diverse data inputs into actionable insights.

    + Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and fosters a positive and inclusive work environment, including cross-functional collaboration with HR, technology and product teams.

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

    + Financial services industry experience.

    + Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, HRIS systems), data warehouses and an understanding of data architecture principles.

    + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview).

    + Experience with Oracle HCM/OTBI and related data integration principles.

    + Data or People analytics specialty certifications (e.g., AWS, Alteryx, Qlik, SHRM People Analytics, Wharton People Analytics).
