• Veterinary Technician

    VCA Animal Hospitals (Thornton, CO)


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Venipuncture

    • Catheter placement

    • Radiology

    • Anesthesia monitoring

    • Physical examinations and patient assessment

    • Surgical preparation and assisting

    • Dentistry

    • Laboratory work

    • Pharmacy

    • Patient recovery

    • Compassionate care for hospitalized patients

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have some Veterinary experience

    • Flexibility in hours including Saturdays

    • Customer service skills

    • Working knowledge of computers

    • Excellent communications skills

    • Team player

     

    PAY: 22.00-23.00 per hour
