Why We Need You
The CSR Financial Coordinator plays a crucial role within the administrative department of the hospital. Like most businesses, veterinary hospitals must be able to appropriately charge and reconcile all services provided to its clients. In a hospital’s case, the patient is the “client” and each patient that passes through the doors will experience a different encounter. The position is given the task of making sure that each patient is charged comprehensively and compliantly for all services rendered, supplies and pharmaceuticals used. Comprehensive charge capture is a necessary key to ensuring the hospitals financial wellbeing. Accurate charging starts at the initial patient visit by providing owners with proper treatment plans with accurate pricing. You will need to be familiar with WoofWare (EMS) and the coding methods and groups to be able to accurately interpret estimates and inpatient treatments with our clients.
