    We are hiring a Dispatcher IV to join the team(s). The current shift start time is 7:30am w/flexible start times as necessary. Working Monday – Friday; overtime as required.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assists the site management to comply with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, completing documentation and records as required.

    + Partner with leaders and drivers on compliance items as well as customer transactions.

    + Supports general transportation operations.

    + Coordinates more complex route plans and delivery requirements with fleet teams and drivers.

    + Follows instructions to operate and maintain basic transport equipment.

    + Tracks and organizes truck maintenance with local provider.

    + Maintains truck and route files for DOT compliance, IFTA compliance, company compliance as well as driver personnel files and keep them in compliance.

    + Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements

    + Regular and reliable attendance

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of experience operating forklifts or powered industrial trucks (PIT).

    + Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when needed

    + Ability to excel within a fast-paced, team environment

    + In our MDC, you’ll always be on the move! Please note the following physical requirements in addition to the above:

    + Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift with frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, gripping, etc.

    + Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

    + Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when needed

    + Ability to excel within a fast-paced, team environment

    + Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required

    + Complete post-offer background check and drug screen is required
