    This is an intern position for an Engineering Student in the Battery Systems business unit. The candidate will be responsible for projects related to customer satisfaction, quality improvement, problem solving and global alignment.Key responsibilities

    Customer Focus:

    o Monitor and track customer complaints and warranty claims to identify recurring issues.o Support root cause analysis using structured methodologies such as Shainin RedX, 8D,and 5 Whys process to address customer concerns.o Document and maintain records of corrective actions related to customer concerns.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective preventive measures andimprove customer satisfaction.Quality Documentation:o Assist in preparing materials and reports for the monthly Global Quality Managersmeeting.o Collect, analyze, and interpret key quality performance indicators (KPIs) using Power Bi,communicate trends and insight to stakeholders.o Support the read-across of lessons learned to other plants or regions to promote globalquality improvement.o Contribute to the development of advanced quality tracking system for upcoming productlaunches.o Other duties as assigned by the manager.What we’re looking for
