• Teamwork Cloud Systems Administrator

    KIHOMAC (Huntsville, AL)


    + Perform all administrative functions for Teamwork Cloud, including: user management, license management, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting

    + Provide technical support and training to engineering teams on the effective use of Teamwork Cloud

    + Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement

    + Develop and maintain documentation related to the Teamwork Cloud tools and processes

    + Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of Teamwork Cloud with other systems

    + Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures

    + Other duties as assigned

    Education/Training:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in management or other relevant discipline preferred

    + Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (i.e. Security+) required

    Experience:

    + 3+ years of professional experience in Windows System Administration

    Preferred Experience:

    + Experience as a Teamwork Cloud Administrator

    + Experience working withing Active Directory

    + Experience with Kubernetes and Containerization

    + Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service

    + Experience with performing administrative tasks and providing support for Teamwork Cloud

    + Experience with DB2 database administration and management

    Requirements

    Security:

    + Must be a US citizen

    + Candidate must be in possession of a Secret Security Clearance

    Physical Requirements:

    + Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms

    + Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk

    + Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)

    + Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

    Salary: $100,000 - 140,000
