Abound Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) in achieving greater independence, especially through employment and community integration.

What You’ll Do:

+ Support individuals with daily tasks, employment goals, and life skills

+ Build positive relationships and promote self-advocacy

+ Collaborate with families, case managers, and team members

+ Assist with transportation and, if needed, personal care

+ Complete documentation and maintain safety standards

Qualifications:

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

+ Ability to pass background checks

+ Willingness to support personal care needs (as required)

+ Able to lift/support clients, depending on individual needs

Signing Bonus Details:

+ $333 after 90 days

+ $333 after 6 months

+ $334 after 1 year

(Must average 20+ hours/week; exclusions apply)
