    PRN Nurse Practitioner Opportunity – WoundCare | Hickory, NC (Zip Code: 28601)

     

    Location

     

    + Hickory, NC (central zip code: 28601)

    + Travel radius: up to 1.5 hours from city center (client may accept 1 hour radius depending on candidate)

    Position Details

    + Type: PRN (W2)

    + Specialty: Wound Care

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

    + Start Date: ASAP (must be truly available to begin)

    + Duration: Ongoing

    + Rate: $250 per visit

    + Travel Reimbursement: IRS mileage rate

    + On-Call/Callback: None

    + EMR: Atlas (proprietary system)

    + Training: 1–4 days, may require travel to Chicago (reimbursed)

    ? Requirements

    + Certifications: Board Certified FNP or AGNP/AGACNP

    + Licensure: Active North Carolina NP license

    + Experience:

    + Must have wound care experience as an RN or NP

    + Availability:

    + Must be able to work full 8-hour shifts

    + More flexible candidates preferred

    + No weekend-only availability

    + Duties Include:

    + Home visits and SNF patient care

    + Advanced wound care, debridement, skin substitutions

    + Visits last 45–60 minutes; some may take up to 2 hours
