Are you someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a difference in their day-to-day school experience? We’re hiring a School Aide to support an elementary classroom in Anoka. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a caring school community and help students thrive.

+ Support teachers with classroom routines and learning activities

+ Supervise students during lunch, recess, and transitions

+ Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment

+ Be a positive role model and encouraging presence for students

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ One of the following:

+ 60 semester/90 quarter college credits

+ Associate’s degree or higher

+ Passing score on the ParaEducator or ParaPro exam

(Documentation required)

+ Ability to comply with professional standards of practice

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Preferred: Experience in a school setting or as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

+ Full-time, school-day hours

+ Contract runs through the end of the school year

+ Work in a supportive, student-centered environment
