    • Key Responsibilities:

    • **Deliver WOW-worthy moments!** Create engaging, interactive experiences that leave a lasting impression.

    • **Lead from the floor!** Be a visible leader who jumps in to support the team and inspire outstanding guest service.

    • **Team Collaboration.** Work closely with operations management to keep the attraction running smoothly and efficiently.

    • **Be the role model.** Train and coach Guest Experience Hosts to deliver LEGOLAND’s world-class service with a smile.

    • **Make it right.** Resolve guest concerns with positivity, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.

    •️ **Keep it safe.** Champion health & safety standards and encourage your team to do the same.

    •️ Health & Safety Duties:

    • Act as a **Fire Marshal** and **First Aider** when needed.

    • Maintain a **clean, safe** environment for guests and team members.

    • Log all incidents accurately and ensure **compliance** with safety regulations.

    • Training & Development:

    • Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

    • Help track training completion and sign-offs to keep the team empowered and informed.

    • What You’ll Need:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.

    • Previous **guest service or hospitality experience** is a must.

    • A love for **entertaining children and families** in a fun, energetic environment.

    •️ Strong communication skills and the **ability to train, guide, and lead** others.

    • A bubbly, outgoing personality with a passion for teamwork and leadership.
