• **Key Responsibilities** :

• Deliver WOW-worthy moments! Create engaging, interactive experiences that leave a lasting impression.

• Lead from the floor! Be a visible leader who jumps in to support the team and inspire outstanding guest service.

• Team Collaboration. Work closely with operations management to keep the attraction running smoothly and efficiently.

• Be the role model. Train and coach Guest Experience Hosts to deliver Peppa Pig's world-class service with a smile.

• Make it right. Resolve guest concerns with positivity, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.

•️ Keep it safe. Champion health & safety standards and encourage your team to do the same.

**🛠️ Health & Safety Duties** :

• Act as a Fire Marshal and First Aider when needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and team members.

• Log all incidents accurately and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• **Training & Development:**

• Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

• Help track training completion and sign-offs to keep the team empowered and informed.

**✅ What You’ll Need** :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous guest service or hospitality experience is a must.

• A love for entertaining children and families in a fun, energetic environment.

•️ Strong communication skills and the ability to train, guide, and lead others.

• A bubbly, outgoing personality with a passion for teamwork and leadership.
