Under the guidance of the Sr. Director of Development and the Engagement & Donor Relations Manager, the person in this position will be tasked to provide program support for 100+ Women Strong and the EngineeringEAGLE (Exceptional Annual Gifts Lift Engineering) Society within the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. What You’ll Do: + **Lead with Vision** : Provides strategic direction for programs, services, and fundraising events by managing planning, implementation, and operations to achieve goals within prescribed timelines. Operates with autonomy while representing the college or school in highly visible, externally focused roles. + **Engage and Inspire** : Actively builds relationships with alumni, donors, students, faculty, and staff through events, personal outreach, and ongoing stewardship. Promotes meaningful interaction to increase awareness, participation, and long-term engagement. + **Drive Impactful Fundraising** : Participates in and supports solicitation of gifts and memberships through visits, calls, and events. Identifies, qualifies, and refers prospective donors to development officers while stewarding existing supporters through gratitude and recognition. + **Champion Philanthropy** : Recruits members for signature initiatives (e.g., 100+ Women Strong,EAGLE Society), fosters a culture of giving through consistent donor engagement, and leverages central Development resources to connect prospects with opportunities to give. + **Advance Strategic Initiatives** : Oversees daily operations, financial processes, promotional efforts, and recordkeeping to ensure effective program execution. Prepares reports and updates to track progress, sustain accountability, and support institutional advancement priorities. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, public relations, event coordination, or administrative support of these related functions. OR + Master’s degree plus 2 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, public relations, event coordination, or administrative support of these related functions.
