CTG is seeking to fill a Maintenance Planner position for our client in Waco, NE.

**Duration:** Client Permanent Placement

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to manage maintenance operations, ensure equipment uptime, and efficiently schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities. This role requires industrial maintenance expertise, project management skills, and familiarity with facilities systems.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance tasks across production and maintenance teams.

+ Ensure maintenance activities are completed on schedule with proper materials and spare parts.

+ Operate SAP and CMMS to track and complete work orders.

+ Schedule external vendors and manage purchase orders for maintenance services.

+ Assist in preventive maintenance planning and follow-up with production/technical teams.

Qualifications:

+ 1–3 years of maintenance planning experience; SAP experience preferred.

+ Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge; PLC and HVAC familiarity a plus.

+ Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

+ Leadership and supervisory experience preferred.

+ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

+ High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.

Additional Details:

+ Some minimal travel to sites around Waco may be required (less than 5,000 miles/year).

+ Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $21.00 to $27.86/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
