CTG is seeking to fill a Data Platforms Project Manager position for our client in Austin, TX.

**Location:** Austin, TX

**Duration:** 12 months

Duties:

+ Lead and manage PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) data platform projects from initiation through delivery.

+ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and business objectives.

+ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

+ Communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership.

+ Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Skills:

+ Strong project management expertise in PLM and data platform environments.

+ Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).

+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.

Experience:

+ Proven experience managing PLM or data platform projects.

+ Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams in large-scale IT or enterprise environments.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
