    Job Description

    This position serves in a student capacity in assisting the analyst in the Child Development Care (CDC) program with case reviews for Michigan counties. Responsibilities include but not limited to assisting with the review and analysis of open and closed CDC case records, CDC Provider files, CDC Provider payments, make collateral contacts with staff when there is incomplete or inconsistent information, assist with creating webinars desk aides for Department of Health & Human Services, Field Operation Staff that assists in error reduction initiatives.

    Required Education and Experience

     

    The student must provide evidence of enrollment or acceptance to an educational institution. Specific information on the education and experience required is in thejob specification for the Student Assistant class.     Additional Requirements and Information

     

    Student Assistant positions cannot exceed 129 working hours in a calendar month and must be enrolled in at least six credit hours per term, providing proof of enrollment at the start of each term. Student Assistant appointments end the month in which the student graduates or is no longer enrolled in school. A Student Assistant position cannot exceed six years unless otherwise approved by Human Resources.
