    Who We Are

The Finance Engineering team builds the platforms that power Wayfair’s global, multi-billion dollar financial operations. We are the backbone of the company, enabling every transaction, from tracking customer revenue to supplier settlement. We are seeking a product manager to own the entire "money-in" lifecycle, ensuring we accurately bill for and collect every dollar earned.

As the Product Manager for Order to Cash, you will own the end-to-end financial lifecycle for both our direct customer purchases and our growing portfolio of indirect, supplier-facing services. Your mission is to maximize cash flow and enable new revenue streams by building intuitive, automated, and scalable billing and collections platforms. This is a unique opportunity to manage a diverse product portfolio that directly impacts Wayfair’s revenue, customer experience, and strategic growth.

    What You'll Do

+ Develop the strategy and roadmap for our direct-to-customer receivables, including intelligent collections and cash application automation.

+ Drive the expansion of our B2B invoicing and terms platform, partnering with our B2B commercial teams to support complex global requirements and e-procurement systems.

+ Partner with our logistics and commercial teams to build scalable billing solutions for our indirect revenue streams, such as CastleGate, supplier advertising, and other value-added services.

+ Deeply understand the needs of your users—including end customers, suppliers, and internal Accounting and Collections teams—to define and prioritize key features.

+ Define and execute the product roadmap, managing the backlog and authoring detailed user stories for your engineering team.

+ Act as the primary point of contact and product evangelist for all O2C systems and processes.

    What You'll Need

+ 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or B2B platforms.

+ Experience with billing, invoicing, payments, or accounts receivable systems is highly desirable.

+ A customer-centric mindset with a proven ability to translate user needs into a compelling product vision and roadmap.

+ Strong analytical skills and experience using data to identify opportunities and measure success.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, operational, and technical teams.

+ Experience managing a complex roadmap with multiple competing priorities.

    + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
