• Senior Business Intelligence Developer

    Job Purpose

     

    Design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence (BI) models, visualizations, and reports to help increase the company’s efficiency and competitiveness. Support multiple enterprise and custom-built BI platforms, providing services to a variety of internal functions such as Finance, Operations, and Sales to ensure data-driven insights and decisions.

    Essential Functions

    + Manage and oversee business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance, used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives

    + Utilize KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making

    + Develop standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines

    + Consult with business stakeholders from various departments, such as Finance, Operations, and Sales, to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support

    + Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and SSRS

    + Build statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis tools to support the business

    + Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and key insights

    + Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of manufactured products

    + Perform other job-related duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)

     

    + Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field

    + 5-10 years of experience in the BI field

    + Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer with a focus on creating visualizations in Power BI and SSRS Reporting

    + Expertise with Microsoft SQL and SSAS Cubes (OLAP/Tabular)

    + Strong knowledge of financial and manufacturing principles desired

    + SAP data structure knowledge preferred

    + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $135,594 to $169,493 annually. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
