    Provide support to Programs on an on-call basis.

     

    Includes travel to Customer sites- CONUS and OCONUS..

     

    Expertise on BAE Systems Hammer Program

     

    Expertise on integration and test of SIGINT Systems

     

    Experience in Aircraft Field Calibration and Functional Test Support.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + Active DoD Top Secret Clearance and eligible to acquire SCI clearance.

    + Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering field and 6 years of experience in related field, 4 years with Master s Degree

    + Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test).

    + Experience with integration and Test of SIGINT Systems

    + Field/Range Test experience

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    + M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 15 years of experience.

    + Currently holds Top Secret Clearance

    + RF, Radar, Electronic Warfare, SIGINT or Software Defined Radio experience

    + Experience with support at customer/range facilities

    + Experience with test plans, procedures, schedules and reports in accordance with program and system requirements

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

     

    Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20 hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
