Job Description
A Software Development company is seeking a Business Process Manager for a 6 month contract to possible hire. Role Purpose:
Drive standardization, clarity, and consistency across business operations by defining, documenting, and managing end-to-end business processes. Ensure process adherence and adoption across stakeholder groups to enable operational excellence and scalable growth.
Core Responsibilities
Process Documentation & Standardization
• Lead the documentation of business processes, workflows, and operating procedures using standardized templates and tools.
• Translate complex operational practices into clear, actionable, and measurable process maps.
• Maintain a centralized process repository ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Process Adoption & Change Enablement
• Partner with functional and regional teams to drive understanding and consistent adoption of standard processes.
• Conduct enablement sessions, training, and communication to embed processes into daily operations.
• Identify adoption gaps through feedback and performance metrics; implement targeted improvement actions.
Process Compliance & Governance
• Monitor adherence to defined processes through periodic reviews, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
• Establish KPIs to measure process compliance, cycle time efficiency, and adoption success.
• Enforce governance framework ensuring updates, ownership, and accountability are maintained.
Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
• Identify process improvement opportunities based on business feedback, performance data, and root-cause analysis.
• Support Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives and promote best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with automation and data teams to streamline and digitize key workflows.

• Strong expertise in process documentation tools and methodology
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional process alignment and stakeholder buy-in.
• Experience with process frameworks (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, ISO).
• Analytical and facilitation skills for assessing gaps and driving adoption.
• Excellent communication and change management capabilities.

Skills and Requirements
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Information Systems (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in business process management, partner operations, or program governance roles.
• Proven track record in documenting, standardizing, and optimizing business processes and program management in a global or matrixed organization.
• Experience working with partnership and ecosystems preferred.
Technical & Process Expertise
• Proficient in process documentation tools
• Strong understanding of BPMN methodologies, Lean, or Six Sigma principles (certification preferred).
• Familiarity with workflow automation and CRM/Partner Management platforms (Salesforce, PRM, or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret data and process metrics to identify adoption gaps and performance opportunities.
Behavioral & Leadership Competencies
• Highly detail-oriented with a structured, analytical problem-solving mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills to influence adoption across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and process adherence through enablement, not authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex processes into clear, usable guidance.
• Self-driven, accountable, and capable of operating independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
