    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a hybrid Senior SharePoint Developer to support one of our clients onsite in Philadelphia, PA. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in SharePoint development and migration, particularly from on-premise environments to SharePoint Online.

     

    The developer will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining web applications that support both internal and external business needs. The client is currently 80% through their migration to SharePoint Online, and is looking for someone with hands-on experience in similar transitions, as well as full project lifecycle execution for future SharePoint initiatives.

     

    This is a great opportunity for a self-driven developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and can lead development efforts independently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer and provide application-level support for SharePoint sites

    • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and custom solutions

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

    • Analyze manual processes and propose automated web-based solutions

    • Stay current with SharePoint and web technologies, and advise leadership on relevant updates

    • Integrate SharePoint solutions with enterprise systems and third-party platforms

    • Mentor and support other developers, analysts, and designers in SharePoint solution design

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

    • 6–8 years of experience developing SharePoint solutions

    • Strong experience with:

     

    o SharePoint Server 2016

     

    o SharePoint Online (M365)

     

    o Visual Studio

     

    o SharePoint Designer 2013

    o Power Apps and SPFx

    • Proficiency in:

     

    o HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, .NET, C#, XML, CSS

    o XSLT, XPATH, PowerShell Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

    • 6–8 years of experience developing SharePoint solutions
