Job Description
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with Workday Recruiting Expertise to join their team. The Business Analyst will partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) teams and stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize global recruiting processes using Workday Recruiting functionality. This role ensures alignment with organizational objectives and global process standards, driving efficiency and consistency across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational
• Analyze, design, and implement future-state recruiting processes aligned with Workday capabilities.
• Maintain and optimize Workday Recruiting modules to support evolving business needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear Workday technical configurations.
• Lead documentation and design of recruiting workflows.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing, including system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Leadership
• Advise on process standardization and automation opportunities.
• Guide teams on job application experience improvements using Workday insights.
• Strategic
Partner with global/regional TA stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and align recruiting practices.

Skills and Requirements
• Robust understanding of Workday Recruiting functionality.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and procedures.
• Proven ability to facilitate process analysis and design workshops.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across geographies.
• Minimum 3 years of Workday Recruiting experience in large, complex organizations. • Prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition partner
• Experience advising in high-volume recruiting environments.
Strong background in process design and process excellence.
