    Job Description:

    Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

    + **Order Picking:** Safely and accurately pick customer orders using a paper pick ticket or RF scan gun while operating a man-up order picker or stand-up forklift. Deliver pallets or carts to the designated packing area/station.

    + **Order Processing / Shipping:** Prepare and package orders for shipment. Complete computer transactions, apply shipping paperwork to products, and load trucks as required.

    + **Receiving / Put Away:** Unload trucks using a sit-down forklift. Accurately check in shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and move products from the dock to designated storage locations via forklift, order picker, or turret truck.

    + Participate in annual physical inventory activities.

    + Follow all company PPE and safety requirements.

    + Contribute continuous improvement ideas to enhance warehouse efficiency, safety, and organization.

    + Participate in **Xylem Watermark** volunteer activities.

    Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification):

    + Experience operating various types of material handling equipment.

    + Ability to perform frequent bending and lifting of products.

    + Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    + Comfortable using computers and scanning equipment.

    + High School Diploma or GED required; 1–2 years of warehouse-related experience preferred.

    Physical Demands:

    + Ability to stand for 8 hours per shift.

    + Frequent arm movement, walking, bending, and stooping required.

    + Must be able to lift and handle medium-weight parts up to 35 lbs.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    The estimated salary range for this position is **$19 to $23.** Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
