Job Description
The Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate records within the Quality Management System and supporting the Compliance Team with data management, reporting, and administrative tasks. This role also contributes to integration and change initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update several records and logs from varying sources.
- Work within Excel daily to pull data, organize it, and transport it to new sources.
- Perform accurate data entry and generate reports via an internal software.
- Support client record updates, including document uploads, certificate validation, and IAF tracking.
- Assist the Compliance Team with daily operations and cross-functional projects.
- Report delivery metrics to the directors.
Success is measured in the timely and accurate entry of audit and nonconformance data from several different systems into the internal software.

Skills and Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience within data entry, coordination, documentation, and/or related.
- Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel, beyond basic formulas and functions.
- Analytical mindset.
- High attention to detail and documentation quality, understanding that even the smallest error can cause major issues when it comes to data.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn several new systems. - Associates or Bachelors degree with an emphasis in data or similar.
