    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scrum Master to lead agile ceremonies and drive delivery for a Infrastructure group supporting a major cruise line client. This team is responsible for maintaining and evolving the company’s Azure-based cloud infrastructure, including network operations, DevOps pipelines, and cloud platform engineering. The Scrum Master will facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring alignment across cross-functional roles such as Cloud Platform Engineers, Network Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Infrastructure Engineers. The main priority for this role is to keep the Director updated and help take on the SCRUM tasks and project management tracking. They will be required to work collaboratively with the technical team and provide a respectful approach to tracking project and task status. This role requires a strong understanding of agile principles, technical environments, and the ability to remove blockers, track progress, and foster continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid cloud environment and can communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. They will split their time about 50/50 in regards to the cross functional projects between the two teams: Cyber Security and Infrastructure and work with both.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in technical or infrastructure teams

    • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks

    • Experience working in Azure cloud environments

    • Familiarity with infrastructure components such as networking, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices

    • Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and manage sprint artifacts (e.g., backlog, burndown charts)

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    • Experience using agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)

    • Experience in the travel or cruise line industry

    • Background in infrastructure engineering or cloud platform operations

    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

    • Experience managing hybrid or remote teams

     

    Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
