    Job Description

    This role supports stakeholder data analysis and reporting across the organization. It involves managing open records or legal ad hoc requests, monthly deliverables and project work. The analyst will assist in developing and maintaining dashboards that provide actionable insights for business decision-making. Responsibilities include conducting executive-level reporting, benchmarking, and risk mitigation activities. The position requires identifying trends, preparing ad-hoc reports, and supporting strategic analysis efforts. The analyst will also contribute to process improvements and systems integration related to customer data. This role demands independent problem-solving and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 2-5 years experience as a Data Analyst

    • 2-3 years of experience leading, managing or developing a team of Data Analyst's

    • Proficient ability in SQL coding language and ability to train new employees on SQL

    • Strong proficiency in Alteryx to clean and transform data efficiently

    • Proficiency in data reconciliation and reporting

    • Ability to transform dashboards within tableau • Any Alteryx certifications

    • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and recommend actions
