    Job Description

    An employer is looking for a remote Services Developer. This individual will support a AAA game studio out of the Redmond, WA area. They will be expected to develop simple, extensible, and maintainable code with very few defects as the team is expected to do unit testing on code. Additionally, someone with a previous enterprise background and proven experience creating creative solutions to different questions that arise within development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain application programs and interfaces

    • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results

    • Modify, install, and prepare technical documentation for system software applications

    • Monitor systems capacity and performance, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide technical support

    • Identify, escalate and document production impact issues

    • Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility with current systems and capabilities

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3+ years C# development experience

    • Azure services development experience

    • Git source control experience

    • Unit testing / TDD (Test Driven Development) background

    • B.S. in Computer Science

    • Gaming familiarity • Experience with front-end technologies like React a plus
