Job Description

Develop and maintain technical documentation for Cisco camera hardware, firmware, and software.

Create release notes, setup guides, and troubleshooting content for product launches.

Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy and clarity.

Organize and manage documentation repositories to support version control and localization.

Translate complex technical information into user-friendly content for global audiences.

Skills and Requirements

4+ years of experience as a technical writer in a technical or engineering environment.

Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects on tight schedules.

Understanding of networked camera systems, IoT devices, or related technologies preferred.
