Job Description

Works with the business and IT teams to understand current concepts and processes, but then help plan and design the best way to automate those processes.

Supports process standardization projects that incorporate a proactive and innovative solution to addressing business challenges and achieving organizational goals and objectives.

Supports initiative teams with skills in process excellence, project management, facilitation, problem solving, accelerating transformation through automation to drive toward required outcomes.

Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications.

Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers across different departments

Develops a culture of continuous improvement based on fact based and transparent metrics

Perform other duties as requested by management

The pay rate will vary depending on years of experience, certifications, and education. We are targeting a range from $75-85/hr.

Skills and Requirements

Power Platform (esp. Power Automate) Analysis and Development

10+ years of experience in BI Consulting or Developer roles

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CPA is a plus.

Certification in project management is a plus

Experience with Agile and Waterfall system implementation methodologies

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor

Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams

System implementation experience is a plus

Expert User of MS Excel, Proficient User of Word, PowerPoint and Access

Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills that allow effective interactions/communications with business partners across regional and/or functional lines Sigma
