    Job Description

    An employer is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead dealership-facing IT initiatives for a fast-paced organization based in Charlotte, NC. They will be overseeing the master schedule for IT initiatives, ensuring that resources are aligned and timelines are met. They track progress, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables meet scope + quality standards, all while planning for future projects and supporting daily operations. This role requires frequent travel to dealership sites to assist with project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in dynamic environments. They will serve as the central point of contact for vendors, internal teams and senior stakeholders. Success in this role requires a strong personality, excellent organizaiton skills and the ability to juggle many hats while keeping projects on track.

     

    Pay range $55-65hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field

     

    7-10 years of experience managing IT projects

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar tools

     

    Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex schedules

     

    Valid driver's license Experience in automotive retail or dealership operations

     

    Experience with Asana for Task Management/Reporting/Automation

     

    Familiarity with Box for Documentation/Content Management

     

    PMP Certification
