• Senior Java Developer

    Job Description

    An Insight Global fortune 500 retail client is looking for a talented Senior Java Developer to join the team. In this role this individual will be responsible for hands on development within Java. The current project will involve working on legacy applications and upgrading from java 11 to java 21. This team is looking for someone with strong collaboration and communication skills as they will be a working with their own team while also coordinating with others. Work will be conducted remotely, but onsite quarterly lab visits by be required.

    - 6 overall experience with hands on development

     

    - Java 17-21 experience

     

    - Springboot

     

    - PCF environment

    - Working in with legacy technologies

    • Working with java upgrades

     

    Understanding of Kafka Retail domain background
