The role you'll contribute:
Supports patient cases, oversees healthcare resource usage, facilitates communication among healthcare providers, and ensures accurate clinical documentation. Manages ancillary health services and works within systems to enhance patient care outcomes and improve clinical workflows.
The value you'll bring to the team:
+ Supports first person authorization and can navigate the process of facilitating donation even when next-of-kin does not support the donors wishes.
+ Implements a training curriculum for new donation advocates and clinical staff; ensure consistency of practice among staff members; and identify organ and tissue donation authorizations that can serve as teaching opportunities to improve donation authorization rates.
+ Develops and implements authorization training programs/workshops for OPC and clinical donation associate staff with scenario-based skills practice. Assesses performance and provides feedback to increase skills.
+ Develops professional relationships with hospital Pastoral Care, Social Work and other family care specialties regarding the donation referral and approach process.

+ 10 Years of Work Experience
