The Maintenance Technician Coordinator will build, maintain, and advance maintenance department Work Orders and Preventative Maintenance systems.

Essential responsibilities:

+ Maintain and use Maximo and EHS database and sourcing systems.

+ Audit and validate all asset, work order and purchasing data for accuracy and completeness.

+ Develop and maintain Maximo PM custom reports and work order databases for Facilities Maintenance Team.

+ Develop and maintain productive, working relationships with Independent Contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.

+ Manage inspections, customer complaints, and customer requests.

+ Support various assigned projects, lean initiatives and special individual duties as required

+ Ability and willingness to work overtime as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

+ Associates degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance).

+ Active Journeyman's electrical license required.

Desired Characteristics

+ Strong computer skills/proficiency in the use of computer systems and current office suite programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

+ Building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry experience.

+ Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills.

+ Self-driven individual able to learn and solve problems with minimal supervision.

+ Build and maintain effective working relationships.

+ Ability to handle change and work with varied personalities.
