    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM)

    **Job Type:** Full-Time, Consultant (12-Month Assignment)

    **Starting Pay :** $34.46 per hour

    PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a **Facilities Project Administrator** to manage the planning and execution of complex facility projects. In this role, you’ll coordinate key activities—from contractor selection to project closeout—ensuring that facilities meet operational goals, compliance standards, and customer expectations. Your expertise will directly support the teams designing and building the next generation of aerospace technology.

    What You’ll Do

    + Evaluate contractor proposals and negotiate fair, reasonable costs.

    + Administer contractor activities, including contract awards, scope changes, and compliance reviews.

    + Develop and assemble complete work packages—budgets, schedules, drawings, statements of work, and procurement documentation.

    + Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as safety, security, design, and IT to ensure project alignment.

    + Create layouts and conceptual designs that meet both customer needs and regulatory requirements.

    + Support cost estimation, project budgeting, and schedule tracking to achieve project goals.

    + Oversee project implementation activities such as construction, relocations, and shutdowns, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely completion.

    + Manage project documentation and ensure proper record retention for audits and reporting.

     

    What You’ll Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, plus **3+ years of relevant experience** (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

    + Proven experience in **construction or project management** .

    + Strong understanding of facilities design, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + **Project Management certification (e.g., PMP)** or equivalent experience.

    + Background in aerospace, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure environments.

    + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

    **Pay Details:** $34.46 per hour
