Job Title: Assembler - 3rd Shift

We design and manufacture the world's leading industrial and IT enclosures, racks, and accessories, including high-efficiency, high-density power management, and climate control systems for industrial, data center, outdoor, and hybrid applications.Primary Activities/Duties:

+ Assemble components and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.

+ Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks.

+ Perform visual checks to ensure parts and assemblies meet quality standards.

+ Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or further processing.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 6-S and safety standards.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.

+ Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.

+ Lift 25-50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level.

+ Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing assignments.

+ Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams in English.

+ Basic computer skills; ability to learn and use software systems as needed.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Safety Requirements:

+ Wear safety-toed footwear

+ Safety glasses with side shields

+ Hearing protection

+ Other PPE as required.

Knowledge & Experience:

+ High school diploma or GED preferred.

+ Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.

+ Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic mechanical skills.

+ Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is helpful.

Work Environment:

+ Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
